Nav began his body transformation with the goal of burning body fat & packing on lean muscle. He wanted to impress his girlfriend who lived abroad. They hadn’t seen each other in 6 months as she lives abroad. Nav trained 5 times a week with weights and combined this with H.I.I.T cardio to achieve this look.
